Author Biography

Kiyoshi Saito, EdD: With over 30 years of front-line management experience in global organizations, having held leadership roles across North America, Europe, and Asia. Received his Doctor of Education (EdD) from New York University (NYU) and is currently enrolled in NYU's Master of Science in Management of Technology (MS in MOT) program.

Furthermore, holds an MBA from London Business School (LBS), a Master of Science (MS) in Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), and is a US Certified Public Accountant (USCPA).

Integrating five perspectives derived from his experience and insights: (1) Business, (2) Finance, (3) Organizational Development, (4) Technology Management, alongside (5) Philosophy / Zen perspectives (inheriting the lineage of a 1459-founded Zen temple as abbot passed down through his grandfather and father), he proposes the new management paradigm for the AI Super-Evolution (Autonomous Multi-Agent AI / AGI / Super-minds) era: the “5-SA (Strategic Angles) Adaptation Model.”

Currently, he leads the launch of strategic consulting based on the same framework while promoting the formation of collaborative research consortia with global academia.
